Premier’s Reading Challenge

‘Swing into a good book.’ That’s exactly what the following students have been doing as they completed their Premier’s Reading Challenge. Congratulations William D, Anthony H, Millicent, Marcus Y, Tom A, Evan T, Xavier C, Patrick A, Angeline J, Isabella Y and Ashley H.

Students have until 20^th August to complete their reading list.

Overdue library books – a few students have received reminders to return their very overdue books. If a book is lost the replacement value must be paid at the office.

National Simultaneous Storytime

It's time to have some fun!

Next Wednesday is National Simultaneous Storytime.  The book this year is "Give me some Space" by Phillip Bunting. 

The Infants classes will receive a copy of the book to keep in their classrooms and the Primary classes will be listening to a reading of the book by Dr Shannon Walker from the International Space Station.

Students will participate in activities in their classrooms and there is a colouring in competition being conducted by Learn From Play. These must be handed in at Library by lunch on Wednesday to be scanned for the online competition
